Do not buy if you are near the ocean.

LG will not honor warranty if unit is near the ocean. They state their "Gold Fin technology protects the unit from the corrosive effects of salt" but will not honor their unit if it is in a salt environment and is rusted. The inside of the unit rusts extensively because the chasis is fully enclosed not allowing you to wash it out. The rust cause the motor to be noisy after just a short period of time. I have 72 of these units in my motel. They advised me they will not repair them.
