Very Poor Support, DO NOT BUY!!

Got Lenovo H 420 as Christmas Present when my 6 year old ACER finally died. within 2 months the troubles started. Machine would not boot. Used the repair disks to start it up and called Lenovo for service, because I noticed two different BIOS American Megatrends and Intel DPKT23A.After waiting a week a "Tech" showed up to install a new Mother Board. He no sooner left but the machine behaved the same way again. Back on the phone and Lenovo said they would send out a Tech with a new hard disk. He never showed up and the machine is still being booted up with the recovery disks. Called Office Depot (the seller) and asked to exchange it for a new machine (they sold us a 2 year warranty on it). They said, no dice, because Lenovo has the first year of the two year warranty. It has now been 4 1/2 months since the purchase and it is still not fixed. I later learned this computer is made in CHINA and most of the support is off shore. I will never again buy a foreign made computer. Know wonder China is hacking into the government's top secrets.
