Freezer fan and compressor work for 3 minutes and stop.

The compressor kicks in and freezer fan as well, then after about 3 minutes, they both stop. Freezer coils are cold, and I'm getting 10.5 VDC at the freezer motor plug. Unplugged, waited for a few minutes. Plugged back in, symptoms repeated.
