My wife purchased a FZ100 camera for me for fathers day. In my efforts to learn to use the camera I realized that the lens hood was very loose both in the stored and the function position. I spoke with customer service on June 28 about this and because this was beyond the 30 from purchase (9 days)the representative told me I had no recourse. In addition I have now discovered that the rear dial is so difficult to rotate that it makes the use of this function difficult if not imposible.
