Good Machine but "complicated" sometimes

This copies/fax/scanner offers a lot of features. The bad part is that it can be complicated to program and doesn't seem to be "intuitive" as far as being able to work your way through displays and figure out how to do what it is you want to do. The print quality is great, love the scan functions being able to save to each person, etc.
