Samsung website useless. Samsung manual directs you to nonexistent software.

Question not being answered by Samsung online.Worst customer service I've ever experienced.Poor directions in manual.I will not likely purchase another Samsung product since I've had problems with both my DVD player and now my Blue Ray player.I will be returning my player and informing Costco about my dissatisfaction with Samsung. Please feel free to keep your points.
