samsung dishwasher dmt 300 rfb

just installed this unit brand new and doesn't work. it is getting water supply but no water into the unit to wash dishes.
called samsung and they were helpful, but now we have to play the warranty waiting game with the subcontractor service man.
won't recommend a samsung unit, ever.
