Samsung NE597N0PBSR/AA Reviews

Samsung NE597N0PBSR 5.9cu.ft induction stove.

The back right 7 " "element" or assy coil seems to keep failing and needs replacement.I noticed that both with the back right 7' assy coil and the left front Square assy coil started to act up ..I had to switch to larger induction approved pot sizes in order for it to boil water. Eventually the coil on the 7" stopped working and the FRONT left 9 3/4" coil is not working on proper pots sizes. ( both sister coils or two 9 3/4" square coils that can be programed to work together or separately) However the identical BACK left 9 3/4" which is the same size and same function design is working fine with the identical pot. Very very bad design for a high end stove. This was supposed to be the comparable stove that I had problems with, a Samsung FTQ307NWGX induction., which gave us a large problem with in the first week of use. I went from a size of a R/F element of 6" to a 11 3/4" a left front 11" to a 9 ' from a right rear 7" to 7" and a left rear 6" to a 9".. so out of the approved set of Paderno pots..the small never worked, and I was replaced with one 7" element with 3 elements that half my pots would not work on.
How they can say this is a comparable stove is questionable. Having never bought or used a induction stove I did not expect the problems I would face when cooking and having to find and change pots. Word of advice to samsung and consumers never sell or buy a induction stove without a minimum of two 6" elements..all the energy you use cooking a boiled egg in the morning on a large 7" or 8" pot is flying out the door which green wings with $$ signs on them. Not to mention this will be 6 days going though replacing stoves and second repairing process's to get my stove up and running.

NOT impressed with a high end..twice the price stove.

Avoid Induction Samsung Range - NE597N0RVSR

Purchased this product just over two years ago for $1599. This is listed as a top end range. Failed while using boost to boil water, flipped circuit breaker, and now told we require an inverter module costing nearly $600 for the part and another $150 for the service. $750 for a repair of a 2 year old system is ridiculous. Avoid this product at all costs.
