The phone is hard for old people to use.

My brother-in-law was sent this phone as a replacement and he has nothing but trouble with it.
He sets it for volume and it goes back to the lowest setting.
The speaker phone came on only once and we do not know how he did. Neither does he.
He will be 94 on 11/06/1920 and to much trouble with it.
He dropped and it flew apart.
