The first hurdle was trying to adjust the skin colors so that they were acceptable on various channels. The factory setup didn't do this.I still have problems with this. Now a more serious problem is that when looking at faces. It appears as though the eyes and head are moving behind the image of the face . This is easier to see on faces with dark skin tones. I made sure the 120led motion plus was ON-This didn't help. Also the choice of picture sizes was very limited. At zoom 1 , much of the upper part of the picture is cut off . Zoom 2 and wide fit both distort the picture. Our 32" Sanyo doesn't have any of these problems. I'm considering returning this set. Samsung is living on it's reputation.
