Nice product

It works very well I am very much satisfied with it. But the only problem with it is that it itself gets disconnected from the pendrive.
please correct the trouble.

Smarthub works unreliably, esp. for Netflix

Though the TV works well enough when receiving signals from cable or antenna, the Smarthub has worked unreliably, especially for Netflix, even though I can watch Netflix without any problem from a laptop that's further from the router than the TV is. What happens, typically, is that I can get on Netflix, but once I've selected a Netflix show to watch, the screen freezes almost at the very beginning of it and then any command from the remote either doesn't work at all, or else I have to wait about a minute or two for the remote's command to be accepted by the TV (if it does accept it). Usually I simply have to turn off the TV or even unplug the TV from the wall when the power-off command from the remote doesn't work. With Youtube, some programs can stream normally, but with many others, the screen freezes up at the very beginning and then commands from the remote don't work; often I have to unplug the TV to exit the frozen screen in Smarthub. Most likely, the processor or CPU in this model is too weak or small to handle streaming video adequately, or else the software updates from Samsung to Smarthub have been inadequate. Avoid this TV model if you like a reliable streaming experience with Netflix.
