Bought TV Samsung UN55C8000 55-Inch 1080p. The TV was shipped. The TV arrived with a stand but missing a part and we were unable to connect the stand to the TV. So our new TV is still in the box. We called Samsung after receiving...they ordered the part and said it will be shipped to us within 5 to 10 days. We are used to dell sending us part within 2 days... However, it has been 13 days and still no part. Called and they said, "it hasn't shipped yet." So we have a TV we purchased on the FEB 26 and it is now March 23, still unable to set it up to use. Their fault, no apology or remedy for their error. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
