Bought a $1500 Toshiba Qosmio X505 laptop computer, less than a year the AC adapter failed. I ordered a new one through their warranty DIY service with an expected delivery date 3 to 7 business days. The part is on back order with no estimated time frame to be received. It has been 16 days and still all I can get from thier customer relations department i "SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVINENCE....THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO BUT WAIT! THANK YOU FOR CALLING"
Wait how long?
Why is it that you can buy one online everywhere but Toshiba themselves have no solution to this warranty issue? We all wonder, could it be they are waiting out their responsibility to the warranty?
