from one day to the other buttons to raise and lower the light they did not want to answer this in any light or power and it hurts the eye. ¿como repair this defect ?. in other pages he tells me I have to format my laptop but this almost new and I have in supporting files on it but I have no time to format. model is: Toshiba Satellite C50D-ASP5368FMlite C50D-ASP5368FM
