Bought a used one with the issue to turn off when get warm or hot. Via internet found the supposed bad part. But cannot open / separate the frame. Vizio customer servize is not able to provide the necessary information or manual. Now I try about half year to fix the problem.For the short time the tv is on it has exouberant picture and sound. As well the technology, extremely thin (less than an inch) is astonishing.
