VERY SAD CUSTOMER

I BROUGHT AN NEW COMPUTER ABOUT TWO YEAR AGO STILL GOT 94% FREE SPACE STILL LIKE NEW AN THE HARD DRIVE IS GOING OUT CONTACTED SUPPORT BUT ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS MY WARRANTIE WAS OUT DATED I ASKED WHY HAS THIS HAPPEN TO MY COMPUTER HE COULDNT TELL ME NOTHING JUST THAT ITS GOING TO COST ME $299 OR MORE TO GET FIX WHY PAY THAT MUCH TO GET FIX WHEN YOU BETTER OFF PAING FOR A NEW BETTER ONE I FELL THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEY'ER PRODUCT MORE BETTER SO IT LAST LONG
