Caution where u purchase if you want repair from the factory.

After purchasing 2 560's on eBay i needed support becasuse after about a year .... The would just go around in circles. Upon contacting irobot i was curtly informed that since i had not purchased from an AUTHORIZED dealer, and there were no authorized dealers on ebay.. They would not repair...they would only sell me a new one.... Caution...
