Fun vehicle to drive

Small light vehicle

Easy to repair minor damage in most instances

True off-road SUV

Most modifications are fairly simple with plenty of aftermarket parts

Depending on area of country used vehicle prices are fairly low

Several models offered

Various rear differentials available

Various 4WD systems available

They've been around for years in one form or another

Properly driven and limits known can drive through just about anything

It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand

0331 heads tend to crack

Poor gas mileage

True uni-body construction (totaled in most accidents by ins. comp. depending on where damaged)

Noisy even if radio is turned up

Too light of gauge wire used throughout

Headlight harness should be upgraded

Floor pans tend to rust

Cooling system adequate but not great - typically run hot @ around 210°

AC condenser is expensive to replace due to amount of labor involved
