Poor software
The setup software of the MF9280Cdn is just terrible. The menus are the opposite of "self explanatory". A lot of useless sophistication, and the main commands are hidden or not clear. I tried to send a scan to my computer, but i abandoned after 2 hours of efforts.The user manual is not much better. The software CD's that i received would not install on my pc (W8.1), just a cryptic message: "Cannot run the installation in the current context. Check the installer's startup conditions"
