Refill inks leaked and ruined my printer and its heads

Would not ever buy this mx870 printer. I called canon and they tell me since it out of warranty it my hard luck. But their inks were made from canon. They should have stand behind me. Either offer another printer or repair my printer. All the ink was all over the printer. Inside and around inside machine.Now I have to get another printer. I will make sure its not a canon.They lost a customer. Me.
