Customer service and warranty mean nothing to this company.

Two months before the two-year warranty expired, I have changed the tape (not the first time) and now it will not print at all. I have tried other tapes and nothing happens. There is no support available for DYMO products: they do not answer emails, nor can one get through on the telephone. I can't mail it back to them (even though I have the receipt) because there is no listed address for a repair center - not in the warranty manual, not on their website - which lists European countries but not the US. I do not recommend this company and will not purchase from them again.
