We received our Kitchen Aid side by side model KSF26C6XYY04 March 21,2013. Immediatly we had a issue with the flow of water from the filter. Called service who informed us it might have been a bad filter. Replaced filter and yes it worked for about 3 weeks then started to trickle out when filling a glass. It took by the count on the front panel over 84 oz. to fill a 16oz glass. Replace that filter and had the same situation happen again. Then we stated to notice excessive water buildup on the inside panel between the freezer and frig wall. Service repair men came and said the evaporator was bad and we had leaks in the seal of the interior door and shell of outside frig. Still no logical answer as to the water filter flow problem. In 3/4 months we have had to replace the filter 3 times and are currently going to install yet another one. As for the load noise, we can hear the unit turning on, but it isn't as bad as the previous gentlemen problem. No I would not purchase another Kitchen Aid frig again.I will give this frig a 5 on looks but a 1.5 on function.
