POOR WARRANTY SERVICE

When it works it is a great value for the money. I spent more than 25 hours on the phone with offshore tech because I could not receive faxes. When they said it was fixed I was promised follow up calls 10 times and received 2. The only way to know you are not receiving is when you get an angry client call. I should have canceled my credit card payment when I had the chance.
