This was my first and LAST LEXMARK product I will ever buy. My Lexmark PRO200 lasted only 60 days. The "Print Head Error" I found out searching on the WEB is a common issue. Wished I had researched a little before I bought it. NEVER Never again. Download the firmware to correct it..RIGHT...the error has to be cleared BEFORE the firmware update can be installed...impossible situation. Sad because for a litle over a month, it was a really nice printer with excellent production. Piece of crap now.
