Lexmark X2630 3 in 1

poor quality for the printer, bought one from my local computer , always printer cartridge not recognized even though it's Bnew and under warranty every time i replace the cartridge the problem persists, and i have to bring the printer to the comp. shop ("compuware COMPUTER SHOP" Philippines were i bought the printer) just to install the cartridge , now the only usable is the scanner.
