Lexmark x5470 won't allow me to print at all as of this morning. I've had printer 4yrs & was able to continue printing after clicking "continue"; "continue", etc. This morning I am completely blocked from using my own printer! I had to print my Sunday morning sermon and because I couldn't, I've had to download to disc and take into office to print. How is this good business practice? Alienate your customer. Tomorrow I will go and buy different printer that supports generic ink cartridges. Tx Lexmark and good luck--you will need it!
