Lexmark MFD's Poor

I have 20 Lexmark X738 D. Their premier support is outsourced to a third party. When your lexmark goes bad and the technician arrives on site, you end up training the technician with the web features, direct connect, and firmware upgrades. We have multiple problems from authentication, scan, duplex, LDAP, CAC/PKI, etc. These are a money pit and waste time. They do scan multiple documents super fast but thats about it. Our Air Force unit spent thousands for these drones. We are out with them and moving to xerox. Unfortunately I still have to fix the Lexmarks.
