Very disappointed with this device

It worked good for about 3 months then it stopped working(did not drop it, nor wet it) it just stopped. I reached out to Motorola and they have been giving me the run around for 3 moths and i have yet to received the replacement device. I use a Bluetooth every day for my kind of work and i owned many different devices but but the truth is that the "Motorola Whisper" was a waste of money.
