I purchased this new Panasonic NN-H965WF in 2006, to replace a Kitchen Aid Microwave that was in for repair half a doesn times in 5 years, in fact they replace it with a new one just before the warranty expired and i gave it away. With this Panasonic NN-H965WF it is very easy to use, easy to remember short cuts and the 1200w high power makes it fast. I have not had any major problems, it works very well and even looks great. Still bright white on the outside, the inside has yellowed with daily use from 2006 to now(2012).I just bought a new home, and with all the stainless steel applinances in the new house, I had to upgrade this mirowave to stainless. I purchased the new model Panasonic NN-DS980S and hope it preforms just as well. i will keep the NN-H965WF for the rec room, can't trash a working microwave.

The revenge of the chinese
Just bought this nnh965wfx form Newegg and the turntable is not aligned with the timer so that the dish handles always are facing the back or sideways I was pretty bummed as I have used two other panasonic microwaves over the past 10 years that performes flawlessly.Not only is this dangerous trying to reach around super hot food but a pain in the neck to boot.
The thing is flimsey and feels like it will break and the door push handle is really cheezey and feels like it will break at any given time although I have been babying it until I find a real microwave
