You get what you pay for...

This surround sound system has had issues from the first month after purchasing it in 2009 at Walmart in Amsterdam, NY. It had problems communicating with the remote, even up close, and then the cooling fan inside began to squawk when it wore out too soon, and now it won't power up at all, no stand by light, no nothing... there is power to the board through the chord, but after that it's a repairman's guess. I only paid $49,95 for at on sale in the Fall of 2009. I got what I paid for... a few movies and then NOTHING... DO NOT BUY THIS CHINESE MADE PIECE OF CRAP... speakers would buzz at high frequency...
