Big Problems With two of them

We Got two set of 3D TV/3d DVD player/ 3D Glasses. The DVD players would drop the sound and pictuer for about 2 to 3 seconds after playing a DVD or netfix from 15 to 60 min. I've sent the two players in twice now to samsund to be repaired, but they keep coming back with the same problem. I feel that Samsung support is a joke and do not wish to exchange these bad units for good working units. They said they would call me today about trade uot but never called.
