Do Not Purchase A Samsung Product!!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The dryer stopped functioning within a month and a half of buying it. Samsung Model: DV42H5000GW/A3 S/N:0ABB5BBF804521MSupposedly a technician is awaiting parts to come and fix it. Not sure how he knows what to replace since he has not physically looked at the machine. I'm not sure I even want it fixed if it is already breaking it is probably a lemon. We have a 5 month old at home and would like this either fixed or better yet replaced asap because as everyone knows, baby go through clothes quickly and being able to dry them after washing would be great.
