Broken at 1 year and 6 month

The heater is burned down after 1 year and 6 month. I took it off, the springs inside is very thin and built with poor quality. I replaced it with a brand new one, but it still doesn't work. I call the customer service and was asked to buy the extended warranty. I'm think all of this is just a trap. Stay away from Samsung.
