Diode for disc reading been faulty in last 3 units

I don't know what is wrong with this company.... They Blu ray units they are producing have absolutely the worst components. i will not be buying another samsung product after this one.... i have had to send the head unit 3 times and each time they claimed to have repaired it. Yet is still will not play discs. sound output is great easy to set up but i hate the product main function to play discs doesn't work. currently i am awaiting the decision from Samsung to refund me my purchase price on this product. I do not want a replacement. i will go with the new Sony Home theatre system.
