TV turning on/off repeatedly

Turned the tv on today, instead it just turns on/off repeatedly. Unplugged it, plugged it back in, etc. Nothing works. Called Samsung's 1800 number and talked to a woman who was very rude. the model number LN52A750R1F is the model number that has capacitor problems with it but our tv is 4 months too new so ours is just "wear and tear" she said. Though its 3 years old? Then she said that she could have a tech come out and look at it and give us an estimate of how much it will be. Okay, whats the evaluation fee? She couldn't tell me that until a tech came out. Really? You can't tell me what the fee is for someone to come out and look at it until they get here? Samsung has terrible customer service and I won't be buying another tv from them ever.
