SSD in an Asus

My computer is an Asus with a 2.53GHz Intel dual core processor and 8GB RAM. I am running 2 24" monitors through a triple head to go. Before installing this hard drive, it was running slower than a cheap computer I bought to use in class. This was probably due to all the development software and multitasking on two extra large screens. After installation, the thing boots up in a third of the time, programs install much faster and programs open almost instantly. It's like a whole new computer.
