Nice features, but oven defective in full mode.

When using as a full oven, and cooking under 400 degrees, the fans cycle on and off every few seconds in both convection bake mode, and regular bake mode. Samsung says this is normal. Anyone knows that when convection baking, the fans should stay on and in regular bake mode there should be no convection fans running. When baking over 400 degrees, and when using convection roast mode at any temperature, the oven works as it should.
