Was a 5 Star for 7 months

My Samsung washer gives me an error code which means that the machine is not draining. I go through every possible solution and I say to myself, I will just Google it. I literally saw thousands of hits on this exact problem and I feel sick. Samsung is not and I mean Not relaying to customers problems with their equipment. That is a moral business practice which Samsung ignores and I say that in dealing with them for 10 years. I think they forgot who made them #1, and were called customers, even after purchasing the product. I know they have a problem with capacitors on some LCDs, yet silence?
