Not on recall but blows up anyway

I have a Samsung washer model WF337aag that I have owed for 6 years. Started having problems with it about 6 months ago has it did not drain properly. I had to replace the pump at a pretty high price. Now, it just blow up internally. The balancing weights inside broke and destroyed the drum witch emptied all the water on 2 floors of my home. The person at Samsung says it's not their problem since it's not under warranty...Great customer service. I have over 20,000$ of damage and they won't even send a technician to inspect their product!!
