We needed a power cord for a xl2270 moniter; we called samung for the replacement part and was put through to a company that handles this for them. Ofcourse it has been 2 weeks and 3 days later and they sent onl half of wat we needed. When I ask then why they did that they said we gave you what you asd for. Appearently the customer should now before ordering replacement parts they never had in the first place is what it looks like. We needed a power adapter and cord to use the moniter and we didn't know that. Fraustrated with how poorly it was handled. When you call in they know know you need both parts bt it is to much work to say hey do you have any cords because you may need the adapter too. Baffled!!!
