sharp up 820n

I have the above cash register. it is a great register. I love it except when the printer roll finishes the machine totally stops till u change the roll. I do not use the machine to collect data just daily sales report. When the employees mess up and do not know how to change the roll, thats when the phone rings especially at teh wrong time. The machine should continue working when the roll ends and employee forget to change the roll.
