Support was terrible. I have a Sony A350 camera under a 4 year extended service plan. The $6 lens cap is broke and is covered by the plan. However, to repair the lens cap I must sent my $700 camera in. Makes so sense. Why not just send in the lens cap. No representatives would allow me to talk to a supervisor who might of seen the logic. I just stopped trying and purchased the cap over the Sony internet. Trust me, my last time with Sony. Check Not my first time with Song repairs.
