One wireless client connect to Wireless Router TP-Link TL-WR841ND.

I have a SpeedTouch 546 wired modem to connect to the Internet and I was tried to link a wireless router TP-Link TL-WR841ND in WAN port of wireless router. I set the router to "static IP" with DNS configuration of Speedtouch modem and I enable DHCP. Both laptop view the wireless network, but only one can connect to Internet. What is wrong?
