Not so great model.

Software ok. hardware faulty. Power jack broke twice. Although it is a manufacturing issue for this model, you have to pay for the repair. Tech support can only instruct you to turn computer on or off but no real support provided.

Overheating

Overheating is a common problem with Toshiba laptops, you need to disassemble the laptop and blow off the heatsink.
