Warning: This laptop runs Windows 8 ONLY
Do not make my mistake and buy this laptop intending to replace its pre-installed Windows 8.1 with a licensed Windows 7. Instead of a BIOS setup, this laptop uses a software-based UEIF, which only allows you to boot media that Microsoft approves for you (and that doesn't include Windows 7 or any other system that will evade these restrictions). There used to be a workaround that would let you boot USB, but this is now gone.Consider this laptop locked to Windows 8.
