new Toshiba Satellite P75-A7100

Have only had the computer 1 week and already have had several meetings with the Geek Squad. The cursor is very erratic and the screen size changes suddenly for no reason. A small box in upper right corner keeps popping up with the screen percentage and a box saying reset to default. They can't seem to find an answer, the computer has been re-booted once.
