Whirlpool WFW9559WW Front load Washer

This is my 2nd service call. The washer does not wash clothes clean (whites dingy), does not spin out all of water must use drain/spin cycle in addition to regular cycle. The clothes do not smell fresh. Water remains in the detergent tray. 1st service call said use clorox cycle for cleaning and cleaner...neither has worked. Very disappointed in this machine....thinking about plugging my old GE profile back up. Please help!!
