DONT BUY!!!!

I've had the wtw5105hw (bought brand new) for about 3 years. After year 1, I have had to replace several components within this machine. It has literally been a nightmare and HUGE PAIN!! My last washer lasted forever! In fact it wasn't even broken, I just wanted a new model... and even after researching and thinking about how long Whirlpool has been around of course I pick one that is crap... that's what I get I guess. I spent almost $800 on this model and it has done nothing but give me problems. I am not a washer repair person- but I have had to become one since I bought this machine. The last repair was about 3 months ago- and now out of the blue, it powered off in the middle of a cycle and will not power back on. Again I am stuck with wet clothes locked inside. I don't know why it shut down or why it won't turn back on. I do know I am sick of dealing with it!!! I WILL NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. The customer service is crap - they don't help at all - and an official repair person cost almost as much as buying another washer.
