I purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washer from Lowes in 2011. I was told it was rated one of the best washers. It has performed terribly. I does not wash my clothes. It is ruining my clothes. So I contacted the whirlpool help line and they did not have any solutions. They simply told me they would mention it to the engineers. I think they need to be better at listening to their customers.
