VERY POOR QUALITY
When I first got this out of the packaging, I was shocked at how light it was. I knew it was a bad sign.I have owned it for a grand total of 4 days and it has already stopped functioning.
RCA has an email based customer support so forget talking to a real person. I emailed them today about it and haven't gotten a response yet.
Tried to re-install firmware. I came to this site which refers me to an audiovox site which then gives a link to download the firmware, but the link is broken.
Searching for the model and then clicking on downloads yields a message that says there is no software available.
This player is a waste of your money. It is also the second RCA player I have owned. The first lasted only a couple days as well, so I can pretty much guarantee that this is the last RCA purchase I will ever make.
DO NOT PURCHASE RCA'S PRODUCTS. YOU WILL FIND NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION.
